I want to quieten my life a little, slow down and have a go at meditation. But life is a rush and meditation often seems so complicated.

So here it is – simple – straightforward – for everyone.

But if anything here feels really uncomfortable don’t do it. Or find a way for it to work for yourself.

Energy

I’m am standing in this quiet park with my back straight. I’m breathing a bit deeper pushing my belly out when I breathe in before filling my chest. I’m feeling safe so I am closing my eyes.

I’m raising a hand and resting it on that point between my chest and stomach. After a while I will twist my wrist so my palm is facing out, I’m going to gently push my hand out in front of me until my arm is extended. Then in a continuous movement I will twist my wrist again so my palm is facing my body and I will draw my hand back to my chest.

I’m will continue this movement in and out as if I am stirring energy and drawing it to myself.
